Reminder that the requirement to keep mall hours was reinstated on October 1, 2022. Fines will be assessed according to your lease for late openings/early closures.

Here is the code schedule for the rest of the year. Additional codes will continue to be provided via the newsletter. It is our priority to have the codes changed first thing in the morning. However, at times, our maintenance crew gets called to other urgent matters. We thank you for your patience.

1. If required, submit gross sales data to Cange by the due date, typically due the 10th of the following month (confer with your lease).
2. Rent not received by the due date will be assessed late fees, amount determined by the lease.

Maintenance & Security
We have a new app in which you can report maintenance or security issues. Text MIDTOWNMALL to 63975 and submit your request electronically. All filed reports/requests will go immediately and directly to Cange Group.
