Midtown Mall Fall and Holiday Bazaar & Craft Show Application

Spaces are 10′ x 6′
Saturdays are $40/day
Sundays are $30/day

September & October shows will take place in the mall hallways, making use of the center hallway, side hallways and some vacant store fronts. Starting on November 4th, shows will take place primarily in Units 133 & 157, with space in the hallway as available (depending on holiday tenants, Santa and décor).

You are encouraged to bring your own tables and chairs for setup. We do have a limited number of tables and chairs for rent. If you require them, please request them on this form. They are available on a first claimed, first served basis.

Display tables must be draped to the floor so that anything underneath is not visible. Any fabric that is used for tabletop displays must be clean and wrinkle free. If you rent a table, a tablecloth will also be provided. 

Vendors can bring children, but the mall requires you have someone with you who can watch them and that they stay in your vendor area unless accompanied by an adult.

After I review your application, I will send you a PayPal link for payment of your requested dates. Dates will remain open until payment is made. Cancellations must be made 1 week in advance of scheduled date or vendor fee will be forfeited.

5:30pm – 7pm on Fridays (early setup for Saturday vendors)
8:30am – 10am on Saturdays
10:30am – Noon on Sundays
Cleanup should be completed before security leaves for the day, which is 1 hour after the mall closes
(8pm on Saturdays & 7pm on Sundays). Cleanup after Christmas Eve’s show should be done by 5pm or on Tuesday, December 26th between Noon – 4pm.
