Midtown Mall Sweetheart & Pre-Rondy Vendor Marketplace Application

Fridays & Saturdays are $40/day
Sundays are $30/day
All 3 Days are $100

Fridays & Saturdays 10am – 6pm
Sundays Noon – 5pm

Shows will take place in the mall hallways.

You are encouraged to bring your own tables and chairs for setup. We do have a limited number of tables and chairs for rent. If you require them, please request them on this form. They are available on a first claimed, first served basis.

Display tables must be draped to the floor so that anything underneath is not visible. Any fabric that is used for tabletop displays must be clean and wrinkle free. If you rent a table, a tablecloth will also be provided. 

Vendors can bring children, but the mall requires you have someone with you who can watch them and that they stay in your vendor area unless accompanied by an adult.

After I review your application, I will send you a PayPal link for payment of your requested dates. Dates will remain open until payment is made. Cancellations must be made 2 weeks in advance of scheduled date or vendor fee will be forfeited.

Setup:
5:30pm – 7pm on Thursdays (early setup for Friday vendors)
8:30am – 10am on Fridays & Saturdays
10:30am – Noon on Sundays
Cleanup should be completed before security leaves for the day, which is 1 hour after the mall closes
(8pm on Fridays & Saturdays & 7pm on Sundays)
